Disclosure of Your Information. Subject to applicable law and regulation, Operr Technologies, Inc. will disclose information to relevant authorities and/or regulatory agencies any information (including personal information (e.g., information obtained about you through any background check) and any Company Data) about you or any Transportation Services provided hereunder if: (a) there is a complaint, dispute or conflict, including an accident, between you and a User; (b) same is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement; (c) same is required, in Operr Technologies, Inc.’s or any Affiliate’s sole discretion, by applicable law or regulatory requirements (e.g., Operr Technologies, Inc. or its Affiliates receive a subpoena, warrant, or other legal process for information); or (d) it is necessary, in Operr Technologies, Inc.’s or any Affiliate’s sole discretion, to protect the safety, rights, property or security of Operr Technologies, Inc. or its Affiliates, the Operr Technologies, Inc. Services or any third party; to protect the safety of the public for any reason; to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; and/or to prevent or stop activity Operr Technologies, Inc. or its Affiliates, in their sole discretion, may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity.

Information provided by you and collected about you may be transferred or accessed by Operr Technologies, Inc. and its Affiliates around the world, including in jurisdictions that may have less protective privacy laws than your country. Operr Technologies, Inc. and its Affiliates located in the U.S. abide by the Safe Harbor frameworks set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information collected by organizations in the European Economic Area and Switzerland. You expressly consent to Operr Technologies, Inc.’s and its Affiliates’ use of location-based services and you expressly waive and release Operr Technologies, Inc. and its Affiliates from any and all liability, claims, causes of action or damages arising from your use of the Operr Technologies, Inc. Services, or in any way relating to the use of the geo-location and other location-based services.

During your application for and usage of the Operr Technologies, Inc. Services, the company and its Affiliates may collect your personal data, including images. This information may be stored in our own database and processed by Operr Technologies, Inc. and its Affiliates for various business purposes. These purposes include marketing, lead generation, service development and improvement, analytics, industry and market research, and other activities that align with Operr Technologies, Inc.'s and its Affiliates' legitimate business needs.
